About the role:

As a Product Marketing professional with a strong background in Financial Services, you will ultimately be responsible for both developing and executing a marketing strategy for new products within the ÂÜÀòžž portfolio from launch, through to retention, as well as building out our product marketing strategy for existing ÂÜÀòžž products.

We're looking for an ambitious and charismatic individual to lead our product marketing strategy as part of the global marketing function, creating a go-to-market strategy, including the value proposition, positioning messaging and subsequent communication channels. You will also be responsible for defining buyer personas and target addressable markets to capture the needs and challenges of target customers.

Reporting to our VP, Global Marketing with a close partnership with our Chief Product Officer, this role will suit someone who can develop strategy, manage messaging, plan product launches, gather customer feedback, measure success and most importantly collaborate with others to ensure we are driving account sales and expansions through both new business sales and up- and cross-selling through compelling product storytelling.

Requirements:

  • Lead product marketing across ÂÜÀòžž’s core verticals including Financial Services, Payments and Gambling
  • Outline product marketing deployment timelines
  • Educate internal departments on current and future product messaging
  • Manage the team’s product marketing campaigns
  • Craft ÂÜÀòžž’s product storytelling vision and voice
  • Negotiate budgets to execute our product marketing vision at scale
  • Support sales teams in enhancing how we showcase our products in RFPs
  • Identify lead generation opportunities and create all product marketing collateral (whitepapers, datasheets, videos, FAQs etc)
  • Drive product launches

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 years experience in B2B product marketing, with a strong background in financial services, and preferably experience from within the RegTech / compliance industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of market trends and product lifecycles
  • An ability to work on big strategy product plans as well as day-to-day tasks
  • Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
  • Ability to think both creatively and strategically
  • Extensive experience of designing customer promotions
  • Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills
  • Project and budget management skills
  • Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit
  • Quick and enthusiastic learner
